Personal data protection - Privacy

The EU Regulation 2016/679 introduced a new discipline on the processing of personal data that will take effect on May 25th 2018. Our team of consultants is available to provide expertise and guidance on the legal and procedural aspects of personal data protection, both analogic and digital, and high-quality personnel training. We can complement companies and Public Administrations in the implementation of the Data Protection Regulation, and to support (or even to take on the role of) the Data Protection Officer. We can customize the training offer to prepare a specific, data-protection oriented organizational element to integrate in the company’s structure.

Environmental Compliance

Our team of environmental engineers and our partnerships with several labs, chemistry and legal experts ensures high standards of competence e reliability when dealing environmental issues.

Management and Control Model (D. Lgs. 231/2001)

The D. Lgs. 231/2001 introduced in the Italian legal system the criminal and administrative liability for companies. Our team is made up of lawyers, engineers, accountants and auditors; we offer you expert advice, training and support to create and implement the Management and Control Model.

Our offer may include:

  • Full support during the deployment or the update of the MCM to match the “exemption clause” in accordance to the D. Lgs. 231/2001
  • Full support for the formation of the Supervisory Body, in accordance to the recommendations provided by the professional associations and the case law
  • Assumption of the role and fulfilment of the function and tasks of President/Member of the Supervisory Body by a Tecnogea expert
  • Support for the Supervisory Body start-up
  • Audit administration in accordance to the approved monitoring plan

Audit and due diligence

Audits are a fundamental mean of evaluation of both the regulatory compliance level and the efficiency of the audited processes.

We are qualified (AICQ-SICEV, CEPAS), experienced evaluators, each accredited in its own area of expertise.

We have a long-term collaboration with the main National Certification Bodies, on behalf of which we perform third-party audits with regard to management, environment, corporate security and IT. Our consultants have performed many Audits on behalf of Public Bodies to ensure the compliance to regional laws and regulations. We also perform second-party Audits.

We have a specific training, qualifications and personal qualities, we’re also able to perform Mystery Audits.

Since 2001, we’ve been entrusted by the following Certification Bodies: RINA Services Registro Navale Italiano S.p.A. – Certiquality S.r.l. – ICIM S.p.A. – CISQ CERT S.p.A. – C.N.I.M. – Cermet (ora KIWA CERMET).

We also perform environmental and security Due Diligence Audits. Our reports can be used to identify potential costs and responsibilities before the acquisition of a new property

Our Security Assessment Procedure

Due diligence assestment

The consulting team evaluates the Company’s status in order to identify the problems and analyze the gap between the present situation of the organization and the provisions of the mandatory or regulatory requirements. In this phase, we will collect all the documentation already held by the company regarding the environment and safety in the workplace. After a careful back office review, we will release an ASSESSMENT REPORT. The objective evidences reported measure the gap (Gap Analysis) from the regulatory compliance and allow the Management to plan the necessary modifications to adaptat to the current regulations or to update the documentation found to be deficient or obsolete. This first phase that we propose is a very important moment in the company to get the general picture.

SPP service management

In this phase we guarantee Operational assistance for the organization of the “Prevention and Protection Service” (appointments, etc.) and, if necessary, the Health Surveillance with the appointment of the competent Doctor.

Risk Assessment

Using the information received and the data collected, we commit ourselves, together with the Prevention and Protection Service, to draw up the evaluation document for all risks in compliance to the Legislative Decree 81/08 (including noise, vibration, chemical, electrical, fire, etc.), the protection and prevention measures’ program as well as safety procedures that will be simple and easily transferable from management to workers. We collaborate with the management for planning the necessary and / or recommended corrective activities.

Training and Information

We are able to plan and organize, in addition to the courses in the catalog [see our catalog in the Training area] training courses on site or via webinar.

Assistence and Contact center

This service includes a monitoring activity with the presence of one of our technicians at your premises or audit sites that will periodically check, in aid of the RSPP, the state of implementation of the prevention programs and the effectiveness of the related safety and protection measures adopted. In addition, one of our technicians is at your disposal to attend security meetings with your customers.

Finally, we are committed to provide updates on the provisions and regulations and to put at your disposal a team of reference professionals who can contact you via e-mail to answer questions and clarification requests.
