Our Security Assessment Procedure
Due diligence assestment
The consulting team evaluates the Company’s status in order to identify the problems and analyze the gap between the present situation of the organization and the provisions of the mandatory or regulatory requirements. In this phase, we will collect all the documentation already held by the company regarding the environment and safety in the workplace. After a careful back office review, we will release an ASSESSMENT REPORT. The objective evidences reported measure the gap (Gap Analysis) from the regulatory compliance and allow the Management to plan the necessary modifications to adaptat to the current regulations or to update the documentation found to be deficient or obsolete. This first phase that we propose is a very important moment in the company to get the general picture.
SPP service management
In this phase we guarantee Operational assistance for the organization of the “Prevention and Protection Service” (appointments, etc.) and, if necessary, the Health Surveillance with the appointment of the competent Doctor.
Risk Assessment
Using the information received and the data collected, we commit ourselves, together with the Prevention and Protection Service, to draw up the evaluation document for all risks in compliance to the Legislative Decree 81/08 (including noise, vibration, chemical, electrical, fire, etc.), the protection and prevention measures’ program as well as safety procedures that will be simple and easily transferable from management to workers. We collaborate with the management for planning the necessary and / or recommended corrective activities.
Training and Information
We are able to plan and organize, in addition to the courses in the catalog [see our catalog in the Training area] training courses on site or via webinar.
Assistence and Contact center
This service includes a monitoring activity with the presence of one of our technicians at your premises or audit sites that will periodically check, in aid of the RSPP, the state of implementation of the prevention programs and the effectiveness of the related safety and protection measures adopted. In addition, one of our technicians is at your disposal to attend security meetings with your customers.
Finally, we are committed to provide updates on the provisions and regulations and to put at your disposal a team of reference professionals who can contact you via e-mail to answer questions and clarification requests.
